Hello, my name is Karolina Jeske. I’m a freelance illustrator, living and working in Poznań, Poland.
I studied graphic arts at the Academy of Fine Arts and architecture at the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Poznań University of Technology.
Drawing has always been and today still is a natural activity for me. It’s also a secure way to communicate with the world. As a child I was drawing for my parents. Being a mum now I am doing it for my children and for myself sometimes, of course. I’m also a designer decoration by profession.
My first book that I co-authored Empty place at the table was published on December 2016. I create illustrations for books and press.
